Pierre-Antoine Dussoulier (CEO & Founder)

Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier is a celebrated French Fintech entrepreneur.

He began his career as a trader in the emerging market debt and currency markets at Credit Agricole Indosuez in London. In 2006, he created Cambiste.com, the first regulated foreign exchange brokerage firm in France. His company became Saxo Banque in 2008 and since then has been a leading broker for Forex and CFD trading in France. From 2011, he became Global Head of Western Europe for Saxo Bank and opened the Dutch, Belgian and Italian offices for the Danish group.

Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier created iBanfirst (formerly FX4BIZ) in 2013 while still at Saxo Bank. In 2016, he raised 10 million euros to focus exclusively on iBanfirst.

Patrick Mollard (CFO/COO)

A graduate from EDHEC in 2006, Patrick worked for 5 years in mergers and acquisitions consulting at ABN AMRO and RBS in Amsterdam and Paris. In 2011, Patrick joined Casino's Group Corporate Finance department before taking part in 2012 in the creation of a mergers and acquisitions consultancy (CASE Corporate Finance - ABN AMRO's exclusive partner for the consulting business in France).

Eager to contribute to the creation and development of a company, Patrick joined iBanFirst (at the time Fx4Biz) at the end of 2015 to support the company in its process of capital increase, which was closed during the summer of 2016.

Patrick is now CFO/COO and Managing Director of iBanFirst.

Laurent Maluski (CTO)

Since 2012, Laurent Maluski has been Chief Technology Officer at iBanFirst. Prior to his appointment, he was Director of Studies and Computer Development - 2008-2009 - 2xmoinscher.com, a merchant website. He then held the position of IT Director from 2009 until 2012. Laurent Maluski began his career at Bouygues Telecom as a Transverse Technical Architect (2004-2005) and then as Project Director (2005-2006). From 2006 to 2008 he was heading the Agile Development Team.

Laurent Maluski graduated with a DESS (Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées) in Network Image and Computer Systems from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.

Geoffroy de la Rochebrochard (CPO)

Geoffroy joined iBanFirst in February 2017 as CPO to support and accelerate the development of iBanFirst's new products.

Hyper-active, self-taught and involved in community life, Geoffroy began at the university to learn about our digital products by developing different websites for the associations in which he was involved, as well as interactive digital campaigns for his father's restaurant. In 2012, he embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and founded with friends "Bachelier", a brand of hoodies for future bachelor's degree holders. In 2013, he joined one of the leading European marketing agencies, DigitasLbi, where he worked on different client accounts such as Nissan Europe and the Group of Alliance (Renault-Nissan). He then entered the world of entrepreneurship by joining Save where he led the digital acquisition strategy before managing all the technical products of the start-up. Geoffroy holds an MBA in Strategy & Management from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University.

A graduate of the Copenhagen Business School, Emmanouil Lemonakis, aged 47, has more than twenty years of experience in business development. He started in 2006, in the Private Sales Department at Saxo Bank, a Danish investment bank, where he was named CEO in Greece and General Director in Cyprus in 2012, before becoming Managing Director of Central Eastern Europe. He became Managing Director of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa in December 2015. Emmanouil joined iBanFirst in 2017.

Bertrand Godin (VP MO/BO)

Bertrand Godin is one of the first employees of iBanFirst. He joined the company in 2014 while the company had only 5 employees. Bertrand was initially in charge of the Middle Office.  He then later developed the payment systems while closely working with compliance. He currently manages the Belgian office of iBanFirst.

Bertrand Godin has a Master's degree in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management.

Amandine Moreau (CMO)

A graduate of ESSEC in 2009, Amandine has been passionate about marketing for 10 years. After first experiences at Orange in Paris and Nestlé in Germany, she has specialized in marketing financial services for the last 7 years. She joined American Express in January 2010 in the personal card acquisition department. She became Digital Marketing Manager at Saxo Banque at the end of 2014 and chose to contribute to the iBanFirst adventure in April 2017, with the aim of democratizing Banking-as-a-Service in the professional segment.

Grégoire Andrieu-Guitrancourt (VP Sales/ GM France)

Grégoire began his career in the mergers and acquisitions team of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking before working at ABN AMRO in Paris. In 2010, he joined Groupon as Commercial Operations Director for Central and Western Europe with the mission of structuring and internationalizing the sales teams. Grégoire joined iBanFirst in 2017.

Dennis Malamatinas became a Board Member of Saxo Bank in 2007 and the Chairman of the Board in 2012. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and was CEO of Smirnoff Vodka, Burger King Corporation and Priceline Europe Ltd. In 2002, he became co-founder of Marfin Bank and the CEO shortly after. In 2007, he created MIG (Marfin Investment Group), which he chaired until 2012.

Graduated from HEC, Ronan Le Moal joined Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne as a member of the General Management. He then joined the Group's management team and became in charge of the company in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed Technical and Financial Director of Suravenir, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's life insurance and provident insurance subsidiary. In 2005, he became Managing Director of Symphonis, an online broker specializing in life insurance. In 2006, he led the acquisition of ProCapital2 and led the merger between Symphonis and Fortuneo Direct Finance, which resulted in the formation of Fortuneo.

Ronan Le Moal was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group in 2008.

Since September 2015, he has overseen Kima Ventures, one of the startups of Xavier Niel, who is the founder of Free. Jean de la Rochebrochard has around one hundred investments a year and manages a portfolio of more than 600 startups.
