Geoffroy de la Rochebrochard
Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier is a financial technology entrepreneur who has created several successful companies.
He began his career at Credit Agricole Indosuez in London as a trader in the emerging market debt and currency markets. In 2006, he created Cambiste.com, the first regulated foreign exchange brokerage firm in France.
His company was acquired by Saxo Bank in 2008, helping the business to become a leading broker for Forex and CFD trading.
From 2011, he became Global Head of Western Europe for Saxo Bank and opened the Dutch, Belgian and Italian offices for the Danish group.
Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier created iBanFirst (formerly FX4BIZ) in 2013, while at Saxo Bank. In 2016, he raised €10 million to focus exclusively on iBanFirst.
A graduate from EDHEC in 2006, Patrick worked for five years in M&A consulting at ABN AMRO and RBS in Amsterdam and Paris. In 2011, Patrick joined Casino's Group Corporate Finance department before taking part in 2012 in the creation of an M&A consultancy (CASE Corporate Finance - ABN AMRO's exclusive partner for the consulting business in France).
Eager to contribute to the creation and development of a company, Patrick joined iBanFirst (at the time Fx4BIZ) at the end of 2015 to support the company in its process of capital increase, which ended in summer 2016.
Patrick is now Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of iBanFirst.
Since 2012, Laurent Maluski has been Chief Technology Officer at iBanFirst. Before his appointment, he was Director of Studies and Computer Development at 2xmoinscher.com, a merchant website. He then held the position of IT Director from 2009 until 2012. Laurent began his career at Bouygues Telecom as a Transverse Technical Architect (2004-2005) and then as Project Director (2005-2006). From 2006 to 2008 was head of the Agile Development Team.
He graduated with a DESS (Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées) in Network Image and Computer Systems from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.

Geoffroy joined iBanFirst in 2017 as CPO to support and accelerate the development of iBanFirst's new products.
Energetic, self-taught and involved in community life, Geoffroy learned at university about digital products by developing different websites for the university’s associations in which he was involved, as well as by creating interactive digital campaigns for his father's restaurant. In 2012, he embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and founded "Bachelier" with friends, a brand of hoodies for future Bachelor's Degree holders. In 2013, Geoffroy joined DigitasLbi, one of the leading European marketing agencies, working on client accounts, including Nissan Europe and the Group of Alliance (Renault-Nissan). He then entered the world of entrepreneurship by joining Save, where he led the digital acquisition strategy before managing all the technical products of the startup. Geoffroy holds an MBA in Strategy & Management from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
A graduate of the Copenhagen Business School, Emmanouil Lemonakis has more than 20 years’ experience in business development. He started his career in 2006, in the Private Sales Department at Saxo Bank, where he was named CEO of the Greece office, and General Director of the office in Cyprus in 2012, before becoming Managing Director of Central Eastern Europe. He became Managing Director of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa in December 2015. Emmanouil joined iBanFirst in 2017.
Bertrand Godin was one of iBanFirst’s first employees. He joined the company in 2014 when the company had only five staff members. He developed the payment systems while closely working with Compliance and now manages the Belgian office of iBanFirst.
Bertrand Godin has a Master's Degree in Finance from IÉSEG School of Management.
A graduate of ESSEC in 2009, Amandine has been passionate about marketing for ten years. After working at Orange in Paris and Nestlé in Germany, she specialised for seven years in the marketing of financial services. She joined American Express in January 2010 in the personal card acquisition department. She became Digital Marketing Manager at Saxo Bank at the end of 2014 and joined the iBanFirst team in 2017, with the aim of making banking as a service a popular choice for businesses looking for better alternatives to traditional banks.
Grégoire began his career in the M&A team of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking before working at ABN AMRO in Paris. In 2010, he joined Groupon as Commercial Operations Director for Central and Western Europe, to reorganise the sales teams and make them international. Grégoire joined iBanFirst in 2017.

Jean de la Rochebrochard
Having started in brand management at Procter & Gamble Co., Dennis Malamatinas has gone on to achieve an impressive career and distinguished positions in global consumer goods, retail and food and beverage companies, including those of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman.
Currently, he is Chairman of iBanFirst’s Advisory Board (since 2016), a Non-Executive Chairman of FocusVision, a Member of MidOcean Partners’ Advisory Board, and an Industrial Advisor to EQT.
His high-profile roles to date include Global CEO of Burger King Corporation, Global CEO of Smirnoff Vodka, Founding CEO and Chairman of Priceline Europe Ltd, and President and CEO of PepsiCo Italy.
Previously, he has been an Executive Director of Diageo plc, Non-Executive Director of Reuters Group plc, Non-Executive Director of SSP Group plc, Non-Executive Chairman of Metro International Ltd., and Non-Executive Chairman of Sbarro, Inc.
Mr. Malamatinas was also appointed as one of the five founding members of President Clinton’s Welfare to Work Partnership.
Ronan le Moal
Graduated from HEC, Ronan Le Moal joined Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne as a member of the General Management. He then joined the Group's management team, as head of the company in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed Technical and Financial Director of Suravenir, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's life insurance and provident insurance subsidiary. In 2005, he became Managing Director of Symphonis, an online broker specialising in life insurance. In 2006, he led the acquisition of ProCapital2 and led the merger between Symphonis and Fortuneo Direct Finance, which resulted in the formation of Fortuneo.
Ronan Le Moal was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group in 2008. He became a Board Member of iBanFirst in 2016.
Jean de la Rochebrochard
Since 2008, Jean de la Rochebrochard has advised startups and SMEs in their corporate finance operations. He joined TheFamily in 2013, where he assisted more than a hundred entrepreneurs in their development. Since September 2015, he oversaw Kima Ventures, one of the startups of Xavier Niel, who is the founder of Free. Jean has around one hundred investments a year and manages a portfolio of more than 600 startups. He became an iBanFirst Board Member in 2016.
